Shipping & Returns

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be dispatched and to receive tracking/confirmation.

We ship worldwide.

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer a refund of your order.

Returns

All items are checked, packed and sent with love. If you have received a damaged item due to shipping please email customercare@celiadecor.com with a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damage.

Celia Decor have a 14 day return policy from date of purchase.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, damage free and must be returned in its original packaging.

Please send us an email at customercare@celiadecor.com with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we notify you of the received item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 2-3 days.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately to the payment method used to purchase the product. Please be advised this may take some time to reflect in your account.
